Cantaloupe & prosciutto

Yesterdays wine paired with cantaloupe and prosciutto. I like to add corse ground pepper to give it a kick!



Did it go well with the Californian wine? Umm.. I wish the cantaloupe was riper and the wine opened today rather than yesterday since it was a light wine... All in all I think if the above were changed it would of worked out much lovelyer still alot to learn!
